    where are the instructions? what is that white bottle that says Giotto? Im in the U.S and I'm not sure what that is and how its used

      Kathy this is a photo tutorial. Giotto is glue, transparent vinilik glue. Use it over the pencil, to stabilize the napkin.

    Great idea! I love the unique and artistic look of these pencils and the simplicity of making them. I would like to try this project and give these as gifts.
